A George III Welsh oak dresser with three cupboard door formation. Boarded pot belly sided rack enclosing three shelves, the base with three frieze drawers over a short central drawer with applied ogee corner cut panel cupboard door below, with matching doors either side.
All oak lined drawers & joined construction. In restored condition with good colour ready to go.

A good clean 19th century North Wales Welsh dresser with rack, purchased straight out of a house on the coast. The rack of three shelves above a bank of 4 drawers and two dummy to the base, the earlier period handles an honest replacement, probably having brass or turned knobs. Cupboard base, panelled pine side over bracket feet.
The timber of quarter sawn oak and broad yellow pine.
A pleasing dresser of its period.
